Shipping Across Pakistan
Monzoro ships to every city in Pakistan via trusted nationwide couriers. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 working days from dispatch. For Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, expedited delivery is usually available within 1–2 working days for a small additional fee. You will receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs. 2,500. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Expedited shipping carries an additional fee, also shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders shipped within Pakistan. Select COD at checkout, and pay the courier in cash when your order arrives at your door. There are no additional COD charges on standard orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Eligible items can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are available for faulty or damaged items or a change of colour, subject to approval. Issues or colour-change requests must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, and the item must be returned for exchange within 7 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in the original Monzoro packaging
Items that cannot be exchanged include pieces that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to customer mishandling, as well as final-sale and personalised items. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
How Exchanges Work
Email [email protected] with your order details, invoice copy, and images of the product. Exchanges are subject to approval and inspection. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to sending the item back for exchange. Please see our Exchange Policy for the full process and conditions.
International Shipping
At this time, Monzoro ships within Pakistan only. We are actively working on expanding to international markets — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.
