Shipping Across Pakistan
Monzoro ships to every city in Pakistan via trusted nationwide couriers. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 working days from dispatch. For Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, expedited delivery is usually available within 1–2 working days for a small additional fee. You will receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs. 2,000. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Expedited shipping carries an additional fee, also shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders shipped within Pakistan. Select COD at checkout, and pay the courier in cash when your order arrives at your door. There are no additional COD charges on standard orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Monzoro pieces. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days from delivery. To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in the original Monzoro packaging
Items that cannot be returned include pieces that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, as well as final-sale and personalised items.
How Refunds Work
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds for prepaid orders are returned to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.
International Shipping
At this time, Monzoro ships within Pakistan only. We are actively working on expanding to international markets — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.
