Exchange & Return Policy

We currently do not have a returns policy in place and items once sold and dispatched are not eligible for returns.

In case you need to exchange a product for the same item or are unsatisfied with the quality of the product, we request you to email us at monzoroapparel@gmail.com with all relevant details, including the invoice copy and images of the product.

After reviewing your request, if the exchange is approved from our end, we will ship the replacement product to you and arrange for the pickup of the previous item.

Please note that the exchange process will be initiated only after we have received and inspected the returned product. Any damage or defects caused due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for exchange.

At Monzoro, we strive to ensure the highest quality in our products. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, or if you simply wish to change the color of an item, we offer the option to exchange it under the following terms:

  1. Exchange Policy:

    • We do not offer refunds or returns. Exchanges are only available for faulty or damaged items, or if you want to change the color of the product.

  2. Timeframe for Reporting Issues:

    • Any issues with the product (such as defects or color change requests) must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  3. Exchange Period:

    • Once reported, the item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it.

  4. Condition of Items:

    • Items being exchanged must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

  5. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the item for an exchange.

Treatment of Discounts:

Any discount applied using a Coupon Code during the order placement will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount in full, regardless of the return or exchange quantity or value.
