How long does delivery take in Pakistan?

Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 business days from the time your order is dispatched. For Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, expedited delivery is typically available within 1–2 business days for an additional fee. You will receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on all orders shipped within Pakistan. Simply select COD at checkout and pay the courier in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfer. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with their original packaging and tags. For full details, please see our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, Monzoro ships within Pakistan only. We are working on launching international shipping in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it goes live.

How do I care for my silk accessories?

Silk accessories should be hand washed in cool water with a mild detergent, never wrung or twisted, ironed on low heat through a pressing cloth, and stored in breathable bags away from direct sunlight. For a complete routine, please see our Care Guide.

What size pocket square should I buy?

Our standard pocket square measures 13" × 13" (33 cm × 33 cm), which suits every popular fold — presidential, puff, two-point, and three-point. For a fuller puff on heavier suits and sherwanis, our 15" × 15" version is ideal. See our Size Guide for more details.

Are your products handcrafted in Pakistan?

Many of our pieces are crafted by skilled artisans, with quality control performed locally. We are proudly Pakistani and select our suppliers carefully to ensure every Monzoro piece meets a premium standard of finish, drape, and durability.

Do you offer wedding or bulk discounts?

Yes. For wedding parties, corporate gifting, and bulk orders, we offer special pricing and a personal styling service. Please contact us with the number of pieces you need and the event dates, and our team will put together a tailored quote.

What's the difference between an ascot and a cravat?

Both are elegant alternatives to a tie. An ascot is typically wider and worn tucked into an open shirt collar, often with a more relaxed, draped knot. A cravat is similar but tends to be a touch narrower with a more structured knot at the throat. Both are popular choices for Pakistani grooms during barat, valima, and nikah ceremonies.

Do your products come gift-wrapped?

Yes. Monzoro pieces are presented in our branded packaging, which is gift-ready as standard. If you would like a personal note or special gift wrapping for a wedding or birthday, simply add the request at checkout or write to our team.

Can I customize my order?

For wedding parties and bulk orders, we are happy to discuss customisation options such as colour-matching, coordinated sets, and personalised packaging. Please get in touch with details of your request and we will see what we can do.

What is your shipping fee?

We offer free standard shipping across Pakistan on orders over Rs. 5,000. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Are your dyes safe and colorfast?

Yes. We use high-quality dyes that are colorfast under normal wear and care. To preserve colour, hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent, dry away from direct sunlight, and follow the steps in our Care Guide.
