Courier and Delivery Policy

Dispatch and Delivery Timelines:

We understand your excitement to receive your orders promptly, and as such, we have optimized our dispatch and delivery procedures for your convenience. All orders will be dispatched within one working day of being placed.

Standard Courier Option:

  • Dispatch Time: The courier will be dispatched within 1 working day.

  • Communication: AWB details will be shared via email or text according to the client's preference.

  • Delivery Period: Delivery timelines depend on the client's location. Deliveries within major cities in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) typically take up to 4 working days, while deliveries to other regions are completed within 6 days.

Express Courier Option:

  • Dispatch Time: The courier will be dispatched within 1 working day.

  • Communication: AWB details will be shared via email or text according to the client's preference.

  • Delivery Period: Delivery timelines vary based on the client's location. Deliveries within major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) are usually completed within 2 days, while deliveries to other regions in Pakistan take up to 4 working days.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Orders within major cities in Pakistan will typically be delivered within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders outside major cities will generally be delivered within 3-4 business days. Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as the operational efficiency of our shipping partners.

Same-Day Delivery:

Same-day delivery options are available for an additional fee in Lahore, subject to the feasibility of delivery to your specific area / location. Orders placed after 6:00 AM and before 6:00 PM will be eligible for same-day delivery; otherwise, delivery will occur on the next business day. Deliveries are not conducted on Sundays.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited shipping services are accessible for all orders for a supplementary charge of Rs. 499.

Cash on Delivery:

Cash on delivery payment method is accessible for orders valued at or above PKR 499.

Free Delivery:

Free COD is applicable on orders over Rs. 1999.

Dispatch Assurance and Accountability:

Monzoro ensures timely dispatch of all items. However, delivery timelines are subject to courier companies and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
